Shipping policy

 

 

We ship our skins worldwide. Our Standard mail delivery is via Canada Post as a regular letter mail, i.e., no tracking number available. We do our best to process and mail orders on a timely basis. Once orders leave our premises, however, we don’t have any control on processing/transit times or delays the orders might experience as they are handled by the various mailing services until they reach their destination.

Surface Gaming emails an "Order Fulfilled" notification to customers using their email address on file. No further shipping update notification is issued for standard mailing shipping option.

Delivery times vary greatly from country to country. Based on customer feedback, order delivery might take 5 weeks or longer to some countries. If delivery times seem to be too long for you, please either be patient or simply don't order until mailing system in your country improves.
